Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) released their 2022 report on the Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the United States honoring GrapeTree Medical Staffing, LLC as one of the 2022 Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the US. Ranked by revenue, the report covers 81 firms that generated at least $50 million in US healthcare staffing revenue in 2021, along with a breakdown of segment-specific rankings for Travel Nurse staffing firms, Per Diem Nurse staffing firms, Locum Tenens staffing firms and Allied Healthcare staffing firms. GrapeTree also ranked on the list of Largest Per Diem Nurse Staffing Firms in the US.

Published annually by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, the list ranks US firms by compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for staffing revenue over five years.

This year, 52 companies qualified for inclusion on the annual list. The list ranks firms by compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for staffing revenue from 2016 through 2020, excluding acquisitions.

New MainStream Capital ("NMS") announced today that it has partnered with company Founder Tim Kinnetz in the recapitalization of GrapeTree Medical Staffing, LLC (“GrapeTree”). GrapeTree will serve as the platform investment in NMS’ effort to build an industry-leading provider of CNA and RN staffing to long-term care facilities and hospitals on both a per diem and contract basis. In connection with the transaction, NMS has made a substantial capital commitment to support the future growth of GrapeTree through adding employees, expanding service offerings and making strategic acquisitions.

GrapeTree Medical Staffing is proud to announce that CEO Tim Kinnetz has entered into a purchase agreement with Jared and Jacqui Penne, partners at Boji Bay Funhouse & Event Center. With this purchase, GrapeTree Medical Staffing will convert the events space into office space to expand its Milford, Iowa-based headquarters, escalating the hiring of an estimated 200 new employees.

GrapeTree Medical Staffing welcomed Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds to its Milford, Iowa, office on Tuesday, August 22, in an exclusive announcement of the planned expansion of GrapeTree headquarters. Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation Board of Directors Chair Kent Stensland joined Governor Reynolds and GrapeTree CEO Tim Kinnetz for the announcement.

Last winter, GrapeTree was selected to be part of a "Behind the Scenes" mini-documentary that was produced as part of the JEJ Project - a James Earl Jones production company that provides 5-6 minute feature stories about organizations who are working to address topical issues across the country. The mini-documentary began airing on public television stations across the country starting in July 2017.
