Our Healthcare Professional Awards reward our top performers on a quarterly basis. We have so many dedicated and hard-working healthcare professionals, and we are thrilled to recognize those who have gone above and beyond. Each award winner receives a $150 bonus!
Local Assignment Leader Award
The Local Assignment Leader Award is awarded to the GrapeTree healthcare professional who booked into and worked the most local assignment hours throughout the specific quarter. This healthcare professional is a true leader with a strong passion and dedication to caring for others.

The Rockstar Rookie Award is awarded to the GrapeTree healthcare professional who has booked into and worked the most hours throughout their first year of employment with GrapeTree. This healthcare professional has jumped right in and has proven themselves as a true shining star.

Unsung Hero Award
The Unsung Hero Award is awarded to the GrapeTree healthcare professional who booked into and worked the most STAT and/or Emergency Pay hours throughout the specific quarter. This healthcare professional has risen to the occasion various times, filling shifts with short notice, to ensure residents continue to receive quality care and facilities don't go short-staffed.

Mover & Shaker Award
The Mover and Shaker Award is awarded to the GrapeTree healthcare professional who has booked into and worked at the most healthcare facilities throughout the specific quarter. This healthcare professional has provided quality care to various healthcare facilities while maintaining positive relationships.

Tenacious Traveler Award
The Tenacious Traveler Award is awarded to the GrapeTree traveler who has booked into and worked the most travel hours throughout the specific quarter. This healthcare professional has dedicated their time to assignments away from home while continuing to provide quality care.

Traveling with Integrity Award
The Traveling with Integrity Award is awarded to a GrapeTree traveler that embodies the core values of GrapeTree and serves as a leader in travel. This healthcare professional continually exceeds standard expectations and is committed to their strong moral principles while going above and beyond.

A healthcare professional is only eligible to win an award in the same category once per year.

Yearly Healthcare Professional Awards
Beginning in 2022, we launched our Nurse and Nursing Assistant of the Year awards. These award winners will be announced annually during National Nurses Week and National Nursing Assistants Week respectively. Each award winner receives a $500 bonus, an award certificate, a custom GrapeTree Nurse/Nursing Assistant of the Year scrub top, and bonus GrapeTree swag!
Nurse of the Year Award
The Nurse of the Year Award recognizes the outstanding contributions of one local and one travel GrapeTree LPN or RN who has positively influenced the healthcare communities they worked in throughout the year. These nurses have provided ongoing support, have proven to be intentional in their actions, and have continuously held themselves accountable to ensure quality care for residents. The recipients of this award have proven themselves as true leaders in the healthcare industry who consistently exceed standard expectations.
